Unleash your Christmas crafty creativity and join Brisbane artist Georgie Forbes (Lordy Dordie) for a joyful, hands-on festive workshop where you’ll paint and decorate your own set of beautiful ceramic or Paper Mache Christmas ornaments to hang proudly on your tree or gift to someone special.
In this relaxed and beginner-friendly class, Georgie will guide you through playful decorating techniques using vibrant colours, paint pens and layered detailing. You’ll learn how to combine colour, composition and festive patterning to create ornaments that feel heartfelt, joyful and truly one-of-a-kind.

Each participant will paint:
- 1 x round bauble (ceramic or paper mache)
- 1 x flat ceramic ornament (star, heart, tree or bell shape)
Handmade ornaments become treasured keepsakes that are brought out year after year — a little tradition filled with colour and love.

Feel free to bring along your own drinks and snacks to enjoy during the workshop. Please also BYO cups and plates, and due to your desk space smaller-sized picnic platters are encouraged.
✅ CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you are unable to attend your booked and paid for Lordy Dordie art Workshop, please let Georgie ASAP by emailing shop@lordydordie.com . Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the Workshop date booked, and full refunds will be provided upon request. This allows Georgie plenty of time to offer your place to the waiting list or another customer in the two weeks leading up to the Workshop. Workshops cancelled in the 14 days leading up to the event, are not refundable due to art material & venue costs, however Georgie can issue you with a credit note to put towards another workshop (please note that the same workshop may not be available and the credit note may need to be used for a different workshop type). If, in the unlikely event a class needs to be cancelled due to host illness or another unexpected event, all participants will be fully refunded.

PRODUCT CARE INSTRUCTIONS
A lot of love and care has gone into making your purchase as long-lasting as possible; they need to be treated with the same love and care they were created with. Here's a few handy tips to keep your purchase in tip top condition.
FASHION - Women's Clothing
As all Lordy Dordie Fashion items are digitally printed onto mostly organic fabrics, please be kind to them in the wash! Please be sure to follow these instructions for long lasting colour & quality with all your Lordy Dordie clothes & accessories.
- Gentle cold wash only
- Do not soak or wring
- Do not bleach
- Do not tumble dry
- Dry in shade - avoid drying your product in direct sun
- Cool Iron only
- Do not dry clean
WALL ART & PRINTS
- Avoid water and leaving your product in direct sun
- Please note that all of our Lordy Dordie Art products are HAND MADE. This means there may be slight differences/ imperfections. This is the beauty of handmade; every piece is unique and different to the next.
- There may be cracks, lumps, marks etc visible on our Lordy Dordie Art artwork. This is NOT a flaw and is part of the piece. No refunds will be issued for any of these reasons.
ART CLUTCHES (not available at present)
- My Lordy Dordie Art CANVAS Clutches are hand painted with eco-friendly, non-toxic fabric paint onto heavy Cotton Canvas. So all you will need to do if there is a mark is either spot clean the area or lightly hand wash the Clutch & dry in a dry & darkish area (to keep the colours as bright as possible). Avoid water and leaving your product in direct sun

- HAND WASH ONLY
- Due to the hand-painted and unique nature of the pieces, after heat exposure the paint may develop a life of it’s own and decide to leave slight marks to prevent this, don’t leave your Art Clutch in the sun or car when you are at the beach, or on a hot table at Sunday drinks.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Refunds are only available on faulty items. Lordy Dordie does not offer refunds for change-of-mind or wrong sizes – please ensure you refer to our size guide before purchasing.
Exchanges are available on full-priced items only and are subject to the availability of the item and size you wish to exchange your original purchase for.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange the item must be:
- returned within 30 days of being received (all postage from Lordy Dordie is tracked)
- unworn, unwashed, unaltered and unused
- in original condition with all Lordy Dordie labels and tags attached
If your item does not comply with all of the above criteria it will not be considered for a refund or exchange.

Shipping for returns and exchanges
Customers are required to cover costs for the return of the item and for shipping of a new item, where an exchange is requested.
If an item is approved for a refund because it is deemed faulty, Lordy Dordie will refund you the cost of the return shipping.
How to request a refund or exchange
- Please contact Lordy Dordie via email at shop@lordydordie.com to let us know you have an item to exchange or return. You will then be provided with return address details.
- Return the item to Lordy Dordie via trackable or registered post. The item must be in its original packaging and packed carefully as Lordy Dordie is not liable for items which are lots or damaged in transit.
- Lordy Dordie will contact you when we have received and assessed your returned item to confirm if it is eligible for a refund or exchange.
- If your item is deemed faulty and is eligible for refund, the refund will be sent to the account you used to purchase the item/s. You will also be refunded your return shipping costs at this time. The refund may take between 3-5 days to appear in your account.
- If your item is eligible for an exchange, Lordy Dordie will contact you to confirm your preferred exchange is available and post within 48 hours. Please be aware that you will be required to pay any difference in the cost of the exchanged items and the shipping for the new item.
- If your preferred exchange is unavailable, Lordy Dordie will notify you so you can choose to swap for another item or receive a credit note. The value of an item is determined by the amount paid and listed on your invoice. If you are exchanging for a completely different item, the value of the new item is determined by the online listed price at the time your exchange is processed. Lordy Dordie cannot apply discounts from past sales or promotions.
Credit notes
If you are issued with a credit note (gift voucher), it must be used within 3 years of date it was created. Credit notes can only be redeemed through the Lordy Dordie online store.
