What are the shipping costs for Lordy Dordie Fabrics?
- Your fabric order will be dispatched within 5-10 business days as the fabric orders are printed on demand. Shipping within Australia is Parcel Post tracked. You can also purchase other items from my store and add to your fabric order, as the postage rates below are calculated automatically at the checkout based on your orders weight.

Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email which will include your parcel tracking details. If on the off chance you have issues with your parcel delivery, please lodge an enquiry directly with Australia Post using your Aus Post Tracking number ID.
Do you ship internationally?
- Yes we sure do - international rates can be calculated at checkout according to quantity/weight.
What is the minimum fabric order?
- There is a 1-metre minimum for all Lordy Dordie fabrics.
What scale are your patterns printed on the Fabrics?
- I create my patterns to be scaled in a larger repeat, a clear photo of the scale of each design is included in each listing, so please make sure you check it before ordering. Please drop me a line if you have any questions about the scaling of my Lordy Dordie patterns!
How do I care for my digitally printed natural fabric?
- Your natural fibre fabrics should be hand washed or quick gentle machine wash in cold water, dried inside out in the shade, they should not be bleached, wrung, rubbed or tumble dried. Iron on the reverse side. Phosphate free washing detergent is advisable.
How much fabric in each listing?
- Each listing is for 1m in length of fabric and fabric printed width ranges between 134-144cm wide (please check table above). Fabric will be cut as continuous yardage where more than one metre of a design is ordered on the same fabric.
Can I buy Lordy Dordie fabrics in bulk as a Business?
- Yes! If you are a business looking to use my fabrics for your next product range, I’d love to hear from you! Whilst I cannot wholesale Fabrics at this stage, for orders of 30 metres or more (in one delivery) I can create your own individual order and offer a discount and discuss shipping options. What is your return policy for Fabrics?
- All fabric sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect purchases or change of mind once fabric has been cut. Please follow the care instructions as outlined in product description as we are unable to accept claims on fabrics which have been laundered incorrectly. The colour of fabrics as depicted online cannot be guaranteed by Lordy Dordie / APPLiK Fabric Printing due to variances beyond our control such as computer monitor settings. The printing of custom designed fabric is quite a complex process so you may come across a fault occasionally. Lordy Dordie Fabrics are checked multiple times throughout the process, but the odd fault may get missed. In the unlikely event that we have sent you the wrong fabric or you find that your fabric is faulty, we will replace the fabric at no charge or if we are unable to do this due to the product being unavailable we will refund both the fabric cost and the shipping fee (if applicable). Returns are not accepted for change of mind. All claims on faulty items must be made within 14 days of purchase & proof of purchase must be provided. Who prints your Lordy Dordie fabrics?
- All Lordy Dordie fabrics are printed locally in Brisbane by APPLiK , they provide small, medium and large run, bespoke fabric printing on both natural and man-made textiles. APPLiK print Natural textiles using water-based pigment inks. Pigment printing is direct to fabric printing technique that is free from harsh solvents, acids or excessive water consumption. Once printed, the fabric is heat cured to ensure colour fastness and wash-resistance. At Lordy Dordie, we love to support local, so we are very excited to be printing our fabric range through a local Brisbane fabric printer.
